Movie Night | 8.22.20 Les Miserables Watch Party

Updated: Aug 23, 2020

The national uprising in support for black lives has brought about many new ideas on how to fix our current justice system. Words like defund and abolition are being hotly debated around our country and in our own homes. Les Miserables is a story of a man caught in a perpetual cycle of poverty and crime and the ways he must lie and cheat to get out of that system.

Join us as we sing-along to all of the songs and work towards getting #JusticeForJeanValjean. During the movie we will chat and relate the themes of the film to our current moment.
