We'll hear from John Dernbach, Professor of Law and Sustainability at Widener Commonwealth Law School, and Ezra Thrush, PennFuture's Director of Government Affairs. The meeting's focus will be how we can work for greenhouse gas reduction in our local municipalities and how to support PA's participation in RGGI, a regional approach to reducing CO2 emissions from power plants.
